データストレージプロセス装置
当社は薄膜磁気ヘッド製造装置をHDDメーカーへ供給するリーディングカンパニーです。当社の装置は、高い面密度を可能とし、歩留まり率と均一性を改善することにより、生産性の向上を実現します。フロントエンド・バックエンド双方に対する技術サポートを提供します。
